Autumn Yin, Opening to the Breath is a 4 week online Yin Yoga series dedicated to nourishing the lung & large intestine channels of the body through long held postures of deep surrender.
Autumn season or Vata Season is now upon us and it is a time to build Ojas/Immunity, soothe the nervous system, and calm the mind with our own loving awareness.
You will receive:
4 Live 90 minute Yin Yoga Classes
All session will be recorded and sent out to all who enrolled
A private group email to those enrolled with Ayurvedic Wisdom & Herbal Medicine to balance the Vata dosha, support lung health & build Ojas/Immunity
A loving and safe space to be held
